Phosphorylated Tau 217 (p-Tau 217) (CLIA) Kit provides a rapid, automated method for quantitative measurement of p-Tau 217, performed on a fully automated chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer for reliable biomarker quantification in research applications.
The kit employs a double-antibody sandwich format. Monoclonal anti-p-Tau 217 antibodies coated onto magnetic particles serve as capture antibodies, while acridinium ester-labeled monoclonal anti-p-Tau 217 antibodies function as detection antibodies. Upon immunoreaction, antibody-antigen-antibody complexes are formed; addition of pre-trigger and trigger solutions induces chemiluminescent signal emission detected by the analyzer. The relative light units (RLUs) measured are directly proportional to the p-Tau217 concentration in the sample. The kit includes one reagent cartridge, two-level quality control materials, and three-level calibrators to support assay verification and calibration.
This product is intended for research use only and is not for use in diagnostic procedures.
