VAMNE Magnetic EndoFree Plasmid Mini Kit is designed for the extraction of plasmid DNA from 1 - 5 ml of overnight bacterial cultures. It employs an optimized alkaline lysis method to efficiently lyse cells, followed by purification using uniquely embedded superparamagnetic, silica-based magnetic beads that specifically bind plasmid DNA while effectively removing proteins and other impurities. Only 5 min of manual operation is required, and the nucleic acids can be obtained within 45 min when combined with the subsequent automated program, making the process simple and efficient. The uniquely formulated Buffer AP2 contains an indicator dye that enables visual monitoring of the lysis and neutralization steps through color changes, ensuring optimal extraction quality and visualized operation. The purified plasmid DNA is suitable for enzyme digestion, PCR, sequencing, ligation, transformation, and transfection of conventional passaging cells.
